High quality accommodation and friendly service SPS aim to provide all student tenants with high quality accommodation and friendly management support. All our properties are walking distance from the office. The management team comprising of Geoff, June and Nick is always available to assist you with: • Finding the right accommodation • Leading you through the associated paperwork and tenancy agreement • Responding to any problems associated with the accommodation,   in addition a 24 hour emergency contact number is available to all tenants Tenancy • Individual tenancies on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement. • Tenancy term is 43 weeks • Deposit £250 • Rent inclusive of utility bills (gas, electric and water)   Note: Laundry facilities in some properties have low cost coin operated meters. Services • Phone and internet available at all properties • Fully fitted kitchens with adequate cupboard space for all students • All bedrooms contain a bed, study desk and chair, cupboard and or wardrobe • Free cleaning of communal areas for larger properties • All properties are provided with washing machines and tumble drying facilities Maintenance • We undertake an annual programme of redecoration and replacement to all properties • A rapid response repair and maintenance team is available to deal with problems as they arise |
