On the ground floor before you enter the main house, number 14 is different to rooms in the rest of the house. Its a self contained Studio with a large living/bedroom, furnished with a double bed, a sofa, wardrobe, desk and chair.  There is also a ensuite shower room, with WC. In addition there is a separate, (small) modern kitchen with worktops, cupboards for storage and a sink, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and two ring electric hob.

You can choose to live in the studio independently from the rest of the house, or choose to mix in the communal area's with everyone else...it's up to you. Either way, you will have keys for the main house to use the laundry room if you wish to.

14 Queen Anne Terrace itself is our largest house share with 15 study bedrooms, less than a minutes walk of the University campus, right on North Hill.  The contract is for 46 weeks, starting on the 1st of September.

On the ground floor there is a really large open plan kitchen, dining, common area.  The kitchen has three fridge/freezers, two oven, hobs and sinks, two microwaves and three toasters and kettles.  There is a large dining table and chairs, plus three sofa's in the sitting area.
